Ensuring the Best Experience
At Beyond The Nail, I go out of my way to make sure my valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter my doors to the moment they leave. Please take a moment to review my policies, if you have any questions just get in touch and i’ll be happy to help.

24 Hours notice must be given for any cancellations, if cancelled after this time a 50% late cancellation fee will occur.

New clients attending any treatment will be asked for a 50% booking fee to secure their appointment. If cancelled without 24 hours notice then the booking fee may be kept.

If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may have to be simplified or cancelled and you will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee.

New clients must have a patch test 24 hours before their appointment if they are having a tint, lash lift or brow lamination.
​​
Nail repairs will be fixed free of charge up to 48 hours after your treatments. Repairs after the 48 hour period are £2 per nail.
